- Your company provides Devel Metal Trans Ltd. with all of the specifications of the position to be filled.
- Devel Metal Trans Ltd. finds a match for you. We screen tests and interviews candidates to fit your needs.
- The chosen employee works for Devel Metal Trans Ltd. at your company for 2 to 12 months.
- After that period you may hire our employee at no additional cost to your company.
- Devel Metal Trans Ltd. invoices your company on a regular basis. Invoices are due payable within 5 business days of receipt.
- Devel Metal Trans Ltd. assumes responsibility for newspaper advertising, Internet job postings, resume and application review, interviewing, reference checking, skills checking, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, social security taxes and all related costs.
